The Store Assistant’s mission is to place the customer first—both in the sales area and during transaction completion—with full commitment to exceeding their needs by providing effective, surprising solutions that foster delight. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Delight customers during the sales process by providing attentive service and assistance whenever needed; * Support customers during purchase completion; * Receive payments and perform cash register opening and closing; * Offer financial services such as credit cards and installment plans; * Process returns and exchanges; carry out daily restocking and department organization tasks; * Assist with labeling products—including price tags and stock codes; * Provide excellent service in fitting rooms to enhance the shopping experience; * Organize the sales area and display windows according to merchandising standards; * Encourage customers leaving the store to share feedback on their service experience via the “Encantômetro”; * Serve the general public. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Passion for customer service; * Availability to work on weekends; * Affinity with fashion; * Proficiency with digital tools. **Additional Information** **Learn about our benefits!** * Check eligibility for your position.
