Job Summary: Responsible for carrying out operational and administrative activities at the aerodrome, monitoring civil aviation regulations to ensure safety and service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure security and discipline control in airport operations. 2. Act as apron inspector and operate flight planning systems. 3. Coordinate activities at the Operational Control Center (OCC). **MISSION:** Responsible for performing the main operational and administrative activities at the aerodrome, monitoring and enforcing civil aviation regulations to ensure operational safety, serve users and customers, provide clarifications regarding airport activities, and maintain high levels of service quality and efficiency delivered by the aerodrome. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure, within the scope of airport operations, security control, and control and discipline of aircraft, passenger and baggage movements, crew members, and other persons; * Perform the role of apron inspector, including aircraft signaling and inspections on aprons and runways, especially monitoring operations in these areas; * Operate flight planning systems, resource allocation systems, and aircraft ground movement systems; * Ensure compliance, within the scope of airport operations, with national and international safety standards, notably those established by ICAO; * Log service requests and corrective actions for non-conformities identified in equipment or general airport infrastructure; * Conduct operational patrols to verify pending items and non-conformities at the TPS; * Prepare incident reports and conduct operational briefings with teams comprising the airport community; * Access Closed-Circuit Television and surveillance (CCTV) systems in accordance with the Airport Security Program; * Duties of the Operational Agent acting as apron and runway inspector: * Act as regulatory authority for apron and runway activities, prioritizing operational and occupational safety and best practices, including ESATAS; * Ensure only authorized personnel and vehicles remain in the ARS, removing unauthorized personnel and vehicles from the ARS upon detection, per RBAC107; * Monitor construction and service activities in the movement area; * Conduct and monitor mandatory inspections in maneuvering areas, as well as periodic and special inspections, per RBAC153; * Escort non-authorized vehicles previously approved by AVSEC or Operations Supervision; * Signal aircraft entry into parking positions; * Operate telescopic jet bridges for passenger boarding and deplaning; * Respond to aeronautical emergencies; * Monitor compliance with procedures established in PESOS; * Duties of the Operational Agent acting at the Operational Control Center (OCC): * Manage aprons and allocate parking positions, coordinating with the control tower via flight monitoring systems; * Verify and adjust flight schedules when necessary; * Monitor implementation of aircraft movement systems on the apron; * Monitor aircraft movements and positioning per RBAC153; * Coordinate activities related to aircraft operations, among other responsibilities **EDUCATION:** Completed High School **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:** * Basic knowledge of airport operations; * Driver's License Category B; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * More than one year of experience in airport operations. **Why us?** Our purpose is: CONNECT TO TRANSFORM But what does "Connect to Transform" mean?
