We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Assistant to work at the ibis Styles Boa Vista \- Roraima location! **Responsibilities and Duties:** Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on: refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, telecommunication equipment, collective antennas, TV tuning, radio equipment, refrigerated chambers, ovens, fryers, among others, complying daily with the Preventive Maintenance Plan. Replace light bulbs, ballasts, and outlets. Respond to all other requested services. **Perform repairs on the hotel's hydraulic systems:** toilets, faucets, etc. Inspect parking areas and garages, performing necessary repairs, fixes, and cleaning. Check the operational status of booster pumps, ensuring continuous supply of hot and cold water, 24 hours per day. Inspect fire suppression equipment, reporting any irregularities to supervisors. Carry out all departmental activities while complying with Self-Control procedures. Follow procedures regarding the use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE).
