




Job Summary: Responsible for organizing and controlling the company's physical inventory, ensuring material quality and safety, and managing the entire logistics flow. Key Responsibilities: 1. Physical inventory organization and control. 2. Preparation and monitoring of dispatch and transportation. 3. Complete management of materials in the warehouse. Maintain the organization of the company's physical inventory and control over existing materials, always ensuring quality and safety. * Sort and prepare products for dispatch; * Monitor product transportation to the storage location; * Organize cargo in the warehouse according to supervisor instructions, verifying storage standards and lashing (securing method) to ensure proper storage without compromising product quality; * Sort sales materials according to titles and codes, pack them, and verify box weights to prevent damage during transportation; * Provide parts, tools, and materials for processing upon presentation of requisitions; * Prepare daily lists of items to be procured, submit them to the purchasing division, and monitor timely delivery for consumption, adhering to established minimum and maximum limits; * Receive, inspect, and store materials; * Record material receipts, issues, and balances; * Conduct physical inventory counts; * Acquire knowledge of stored products; * Be responsible for inventory materials and delivery verifications, which involve high-value items; * Account for all warehouse materials; * Sort materials requested for daily production; * Train staff on functions within the department's scope; * Attend meetings and training programs when required; * Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, preservation, and proper use of equipment and instruments under one's responsibility, requesting maintenance services from supervisors as needed; * Perform other related tasks as directed by supervisors.
