




Job Summary: Responsible for organizing and controlling the physical inventory, ensuring the quality and safety of materials, as well as coordinating product dispatch and receipt. Attention to the quality and safety of stored products Maintain the company's physical inventory organization and material control, always prioritizing quality and safety. * Sort and prepare products for dispatch; * Monitor product transportation to the storage location; * Organize cargo in the warehouse according to supervisory instructions, verifying storage standards and load securing methods to store goods correctly without compromising their quality; * Sort sales materials according to titles and codes, boxing them and checking box weights to prevent damage during transportation; * Supply parts, tools, and materials for processing upon presentation of requisitions; * Prepare daily lists of items to be purchased, forwarding them to the procurement division and monitoring timely delivery for consumption, including adherence to existing minimum and maximum stock limits; * Receive, inspect, and store materials; * Record material receipts, issues, and balances; * Conduct physical inventory counts; * Acquire knowledge of stored products; * Be responsible for inventory materials and delivery inspections, especially those of high value; * Account for all warehouse materials; * Sort materials requested for daily production; * Train staff on functions within the department's scope; * Attend meetings and training programs when required; * Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, preservation, and proper use of equipment and instruments under one's responsibility, requesting maintenance services from supervisors as needed; * Perform other related tasks as directed by supervisors.
