Sensory requirements include visual acuity for driving company vehicles (regulated activity under the Brazilian Traffic Code - CTB), supporting the team and monitoring operational activities, and auditory perception for answering phone calls, communicating with staff, and detecting emergency sound signals in operational areas. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, creativity, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations. * Lead the team of equipment operators and baggage and ramp agents, promoting professional development within the group (succession planning), coordinate activities and processes related to aircraft ground handling (arrival and departure), working together with other operational departments to ensure flight punctuality with quality and safety, according to standards and procedures outlined in the MGO; perform visual inspection procedures on the aircraft fuselage during arrivals and departures (walkaround); * Collect, compile, and proactively share with team members data and information related to upcoming operations, define and assign responsibilities in a planned manner by analyzing operations on-site, setting objectives based on priority demands and tasks; * Analyze identified irregularities or risk situations, taking corrective and preventive actions through operational briefings and reporting to other involved departments; * Identify and report process improvement opportunities on the ramp, both micro and macro level, conduct operational and behavioral briefings, organize meetings, and provide feedback; * Coordinate all activities related to ramp equipment movement during baggage and cargo unloading and loading operations, guiding team members on activity logistics, analyzing incidents, and responding promptly to potential events in order to prevent operational disruptions and maintain service quality. 2511030202241571409
