It provides high-quality services to meet its clients’ needs across various projects. **What you will do in this role?:** Employee support. Managerial assistance. Collection of signatures on onboarding documents. Onboarding of new unit employees. Exit interviews for departing employees. Submission of documents to headquarters for archiving. Control and submission of invoices to headquarters’ finance department. Updating and submitting daily construction reports (RDO) to the company’s and client’s systems. Various controls, including: vehicles (fueling, usage, mileage, maintenance, etc.), cafeteria, ID badges, and onboarding. Compliance with safety, environmental, and quality procedures inherent to your position.
