Delighting the customer at the end of the purchase **Description** A professional responsible for ensuring customer service involving payments, receipt of funds, cash register closing, and invoice issuance. **Responsibilities and Duties** Receive proceeds from sales of parts, accessories, and services; Regularly deposit funds into the safe as payments are received from customers; only the change kit amount may remain in the cash register; Verify that the part/product matches the invoice; Provide customers with information regarding parts/products, such as warranty, exchange, etc.; Ensure the customer has been well served; Delight the customer at the end of the purchase by serving courteously and thanking them for their purchase; Perform other tasks related to the position, as directed by the supervisor; Maintain a clean and organized workplace in accordance with the Quality Project; Serve customers in accordance with job-specific procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** – Completed high school education – Basic computer knowledge – Good communication skills – Agility and organizational skills
