Compliance with regulations and quality requirements **JOB DESCRIPTION** **JOB MISSION** Assists faculty and students in teaching, research, and extension activities by providing information and guidance on procedures and maintaining up-to-date academic information dissemination channels, in accordance with predefined routines. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Prepare semiannual maintenance reports; * Turn classroom equipment on and off; * Support shift supervision by inspecting infrastructure conditions, such as classrooms, restrooms, laboratories, lobbies, etc.; * Support faculty and students to ensure fully satisfactory class delivery; * Supervise corridors to prevent potential issues, such as: smoking is prohibited and students are not allowed to remain in classroom corridors; * Comply with and enforce the General Statute and/or MIDDI, as well as applicable ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** **Experience (in the field):** 0 to 6 months **Desired Academic Background:** Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education. **Specific Knowledge:** Company integration programs and departmental procedures. **Desired Knowledge:** Basic first aid; basic Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel). **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Weekly working hours: 44 hours/week. **In addition to supporting the development of entrepreneurial professionals, you also enjoy a comprehensive list of benefits!** **✨ For your development:** Educational Benefit (scholarship for employees and dependents) Corporate University **For daily life:** Transportation Allowance Meal Ticket **Family, Health, and Well-being:** Dental Plan Day Off (time off during birthday month) TotalPass (partnership with fitness centers) Employee Assistance Program – EAP (free and confidential psychological, social, financial, and legal support) Discounts at School-Clinics
