Involvement in conflict resolution and productivity assurance We are hiring a **Sector Supervisor** to work on **vertical construction projects**, responsible for direct on-site team supervision. The professional will coordinate sector activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, service execution quality (roofing, shafts, lobbies, and other work fronts), and compliance with technical designs. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and guide mason, laborer, and other sector teams; * Assign tasks according to the physical construction schedule; * Monitor service execution on **roofing, shafts, and lobbies**; * Ensure technical quality in service execution; * Control material usage and request replenishment when necessary; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Interpret design documents and instruct teams according to technical specifications; * Report activity progress to engineering/coordination teams; * Resolve operational conflicts and ensure team productivity. Requirements * Proven experience as a Sector Supervisor or Team Leader on **vertical construction projects**; * Solid field experience on construction sites; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting design documents; * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making capabilities; * Availability for on-site work in **Boa Vista/RR**.
