This professional will be a key player in converting qualified leads (SDRs) into customers for our mentorships and courses, while actively contributing to optimizing and growing our commercial department. **Key Responsibilities:** • Conduct negotiations and close sales with qualified leads. • Act as a mentor and reference for the sales team, supporting the development of new talent. • Analyze sales metrics and propose improvements to processes and commercial strategies. • Structure and document sales processes, creating playbooks and support materials. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and continuously improve our offerings. **Essential Qualifications:** • Proven experience as a Closer or in sales closing roles. • Prior experience as an SDR (Sales Development Representative). • Leadership profile, with the ability to motivate and develop teams. • Analytical ability and strategic thinking to structure processes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Availability for in-person work at our Swiss Park office. **Preferred Qualifications:** • Experience in the education, online course, or mentorship industry. • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools. • Certifications in sales or leadership. **What We Offer:** • Competitive salary and aggressive commission structure. • Opportunities for professional growth and development. • A dynamic and collaborative work environment. • Access to all our courses and mentorships.
