Job Summary: Assist in developing and implementing marketing initiatives, including market research and campaigns, to project the company's image and increase sales. Key Highlights: 1. Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and events. **JOB MISSION** Assist in developing and implementing marketing initiatives—including market research, advertising and promotional campaigns—to project the company's image and increase sales. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Support product launch activities by conducting research to identify consumer profiles; * Support the creation and production of advertising and promotional materials—developing concepts, presenting them to the creative and advertising team, and arranging their distribution; * Plan, execute, and develop the company’s marketing strategies; provide strategic market information to senior management; identify and prospect new business opportunities; and maintain relationships with existing partners; * Support marketing-related activities—including promotional and advertising campaigns, product launches, participation in trade fairs and exhibitions, and promotional or institutional events. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms; * Skills in administrative and financial processes, photography, and videography. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** Weekly working hours: 44 hours, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00. **In addition to supporting the development of entrepreneurial professionals, you’ll also enjoy a range of benefits!** **✨** **For Your Development:** Educational Benefit (scholarship for employees and dependents) Corporate University **For Your Daily Routine:** Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher **Family, Health, and Well-being:** Dental Plan Day Off (a paid day off during your birthday month) TotalPass (partnership with fitness centers) Employee Assistance Program – EAP (free and confidential psychological, social, financial, and legal support) Discounts at School-Clinics
