**JOB MISSION** Safeguard administrative and teaching-research organization, guided by institutional directives (IDP), policies (IPP), and pedagogical guidelines (PPC), and provide teaching-pedagogical support to faculty members. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS** * Manage enrollments, course suspensions, cancellations, transfers, and course exemptions based on analysis of admission method, academic history, teaching plans, academic calendar, and seat availability; * Prepare course exemption documents; * Monitor faculty and student attendance; * Ensure teaching quality through implementation of admission, separation, faculty qualification promotion, and faculty activity monitoring procedures; * Promote research and extension activities by mobilizing faculty and students, analyzing projects, providing necessary resources for their execution, and conducting effective monitoring; * Organize the tutoring selection process by surveying courses with faculty, publishing public notices, and guiding the preparation of student reports; * Issue memoranda requesting faculty payments; * Provide student support via online communication, in-person reception, and service request forms; * Prepare documentation required for Academic Audit; * Coordinate the Collegiate Evaluation process; * Register teaching plans; * Plan semester activities by defining Academic Activities, Social Responsibility Activities, Research Activities, and Extension Activities using appropriate planning, project, and reporting forms; * Organize the class leader election process; * Coordinate meetings of Class Leaders, Faculty, ENADE, NDE, Course Collegiate Board, and Collegiate Examinations; * Conduct Institutional Evaluation by raising awareness and convening involved parties; * Establish partnerships by scheduling visits to companies and schools; * Conduct Social Responsibility activities by monitoring the Institutional Social Responsibility Calendar; * Register class schedules and faculty assignments via RM system; * Prepare class and assessment calendars using designated forms and publish them through institutional communication channels; * Draft and update the PPC, Teaching Plans, and Curriculum Matrices using relevant forms; * Provide curriculum equivalencies between matrices and related courses through analysis of curriculum matrices; * Plan events for internal and external audiences through projects aimed at resource acquisition; * Reduce dropout rates through academic advising focused on student retention; * Attract talent by ensuring high-quality service delivery. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor's degree in **PHARMACY**; * Completed specialization, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in the field of expertise; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in academic administration; * Experience in higher education teaching. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Weekly workload: 12 hours. **In addition to supporting the development of entrepreneurial professionals, you also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package!** **✨** **For your professional development:** Educational Benefit (scholarship for employees and dependents) Corporate University **For daily life:** Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher **Family, Health, and Well-being:** Dental Plan Day Off (time off during birthday month) TotalPass (partnership with fitness centers) Discount at School-Clinics
