





We are looking for a **Receptionist** to work at our client’s office! If you deliver high-quality service and provide efficient, organized support for daily front desk activities—ensuring a positive experience for visitors, clients, and internal staff—this position is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** **In-Person Service:** * Greet visitors and clients courteously. * Direct visitors to appropriate areas and register the entry and exit of specialists and patients. * Offer and serve available water and coffee in the clinic, and guide visitors on proper use of slippers in the facility. **Customer Service:** * Provide empathetic, human-centered service, offering basic assistance and information to customers. * Resolve simple inquiries or escalate them to the appropriate responsible party for optimal resolution. **Access Control:** * Monitor and regulate access to facilities, including issuing access authorizations when required. **Waiting Room Management:** * Ensure the waiting room and consultation rooms remain clean, organized, and sanitized. * Inform specialists about delays or schedule changes. * Welcome new specialists, introduce them to the entire clinic, and ensure a pleasant onboarding experience. **Office Resource Management:** * Maintain adequate office supplies and place orders as needed. * Coordinate maintenance of office equipment such as copiers and printers. **Internal Communication:** * Relay internal messages to employees and stay informed about company events, trainings, and internal activities. **Telephone and In-Person Etiquette:** * Act with courtesy and professionalism when handling calls and visitors, adhering to the company’s specific protocols. **Conflict Management:** * Handle challenging situations politely and effectively, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in customer service, with emphasis on delivering welcoming and professional service. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a positive and proactive approach. * Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. * Discretion and ability to handle confidential information. * Proficiency in computer tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel, plus familiarity with scheduling systems. * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education, with a mindset of continuous learning. **Additional Information** * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * **Compensation:** BRL 1,518.00 + hazard pay * **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher (BRL 20.00) * **Working Hours:** 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday); 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Saturday – rotating shift) * **Work Location:** Barra da Tijuca We are Conexão Talento, an **HR consulting firm**, delivering comprehensive and customized Human Resources solutions.
