PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. 1\.3\. This selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates or corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Management/Behavioral) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. A candidate who declines the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 2519\.88 **UNIT:** Ji\-Paraná/RO **STREET ADDRESS:** Rua Valdecir Lucio Izidoro \- Neighborhood: Orleans Ji\-Paraná II **COMPLEMENT:** BLOCK 27 LOT 01 \- NUMBER: 01 **ZIP CODE:** 76912\-545 **MUNICIPALITY:** Ji\-Paraná/RO **SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction aligned with the educational axes defined by the institution, and facilitates students’ learning processes during Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree in Administration. **PROOF:** Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in training, education courses, or development activities. **PROOF:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s letter containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry title matches the position required in this Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
