





- Perform technical delivery of sold zero-kilometer vehicles; - Assist the sales team in providing technical product explanations to customers; - Be responsible for the new vehicle showroom; - Report delivery information (Retail) to the factory’s system; - Monitor and verify technical campaigns to be carried out on vehicles; - Track new vehicle and technology launches, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s product portfolio; - Create explanatory materials, demonstration videos, and presentations to facilitate customer understanding. **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school (mandatory); * Preferred: Undergraduate studies in progress (Technology, Engineering, Communications, or related fields). **Knowledge and Skills:** * Passion for technology and the premium automotive industry; * Strong ability to communicate clearly and didactically; * Basic knowledge of mechanics, vehicle connectivity, and embedded technologies; * Familiarity with smartphones, apps, Bluetooth, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, etc.; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service systems (CRM or DMS); * Knowledge of the BMW brand is preferred. * English proficiency is preferred, especially for using BMW manuals and systems. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Customer orientation * Clear and empathetic communication * Team spirit * Proactivity and technological curiosity * Organization and results focus * Adaptability Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2,800.00 – R$3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher
