This is the ideal of beauty that O Boticário spreads through its products, stores, and relationships with employees and consumers. **About the Position:** As an **O Boticário Store Supervisor**, you will be responsible for ensuring operational and commercial excellence across stores, leading teams, focusing on performance, and maintaining organizational morale. We are looking for a true team leader with a results-driven profile to work in the region of Cachoeiro de Itapemirim and Marataízes, across multiple units. **Main Responsibilities:** * Managing operational and commercial activities in stores; * Managing team performance indicators and results; * Supervising and ensuring daily store activities are completed; * Training and developing store consultants and managers, ensuring they are equipped to meet established targets; * Overseeing store environments, ensuring compliance with standard guidelines. **Requirements:** * Completed Higher Education; * Experience in the commercial area; * Proven experience in team leadership and management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Class B driver's license; * Availability for travel **What we look for in you:** * Results-focused, with the ability to adjust strategies and boost sales; * Ability to follow franchise strategies, rules, and standards; * Passion and familiarity with the beauty, makeup, and personal care universe; * Knowledge of store routines and customer service; * Strong communication skills and ability to motivate teams; * Experience managing multiple units, ensuring consistency and operational excellence; **Differentiators:** * Previous experience in cosmetics, beauty, and personal care sectors; * Knowledge of franchise business models; * Familiarity with sales operating systems.
