We seek a professional to conduct credit analyses and approvals, ensure control of customer delinquency, submit files to the bank, and report delinquencies to regional credit protection agencies, along with other administrative and financial department responsibilities. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive the previous day's bank system return file; * Reconcile cash, issue payment receipts for respective bills and invoices; * Verify commercial agreements for industry signatures, authorizations, and bill due dates; * Verify payments scheduled for the day; * Request supervisor authorization to process payments; * Verify payment terms, amounts, and due dates; * Process daily bill payments; * Review, analyze, and clear expense reports; * Send service invoices to headquarters; * Approve employee travel expenses and allowances. #### **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, or related fields; * Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills. #### **Benefits:** Meal and food allowance; Mobility allowance; Psychological support; Life insurance; Total Pass (opt-in); EBD Store; Via Marconi health plan; EBD University (online courses).
