Job Summary: A professional to supervise daily refinery operations, optimize processes, manage teams, and analyze production data for improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise operations and ensure environmental safety at the refinery. 2. Optimize refining processes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 3. Manage and develop teams, analyzing data for continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Supervise daily refinery operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Optimize refining processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Manage operator and technician teams, promoting training and development. Monitor and analyze production data, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions. Requirements: A degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields is a plus; Proven experience in refinery operations; Certification in safety standards (NR-13, NR-33, NR-35). Desirable knowledge of quality management systems; Skills: Leadership of multidisciplinary teams; Data analysis and problem-solving; Effective communication and decision-making under pressure.
