Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for validating, reviewing, and approving engineering projects, ensuring compliance with standards, identifying risks, and guaranteeing execution quality and acceptance. Key Highlights: 1. Serve as the technical reference for delivery and engineering feasibility. 2. Ensure quality and safety in projects and the Engineering/Installation Bill of Materials (E-BOM). 3. Interface with multiple departments and customers during project reviews. **Key Responsibilities:** * Validate, review, and approve provisional and final engineering projects (PPI, TSSR, PDI, FAM, As-Built), ensuring technical consistency throughout the entire delivery lifecycle. * Ensure delivery projects comply with customer engineering standards, contractual technical scope, supplier global guidelines, and actual site constraints (space, power, grounding, access, and structural conditions). * Act as the technical reference for **delivery feasibility**, identifying gaps, risks, or assumptions that may impact execution, quality, cost, or schedule. * Define, validate, and approve the **Engineering/Installation Bill of Materials (E-BOM)**, ensuring completeness and technical suitability for installation, integration, and commissioning activities. * Clearly classify materials and requirements as **included**, **assumptions**, or **out-of-scope / subject to change**, supporting transparent scope control. * Validate the engineering quality of executed installations, ensuring adherence to approved designs, customer standards, and engineering best practices. * Review and approve quality and acceptance evidence for installations, including photos, checklists, test results, quality reports, and As-Built documentation. * Make engineering-based decisions regarding installation acceptance, required corrections, or rework, based on objective technical criteria. * Embed **quality and safety as engineering fundamentals (quality & safety by design)**, ensuring projects and E-BOMs support safe and reliable execution. * Proactively identify delivery, integration, and acceptance risks, proposing technical mitigations to avoid rework, delays, and SLA impacts. * Serve as the engineering focal point during customer project reviews, technical workshops, and acceptance discussions, representing delivery engineering interests. * Interface with **HSE/EHS, Quality, PMO, Billing, Pre-sales, and Field Teams**, translating requirements into executable technical decisions. * Support technical clarifications, deviation analyses, and root cause discussions related to delivery execution and installation quality. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent fields. * Experience in telecommunications delivery engineering within **supplier, operator, or system integrator** environments. * Practical experience in one or more domains: **RAN, IP, Microwave, Optical, DCN**. * Strong understanding of installation, integration, commissioning, and real-world field execution constraints.
