Monitoring expiration dates and inventory of supplies Ice cream shop seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Boa Vista. **Responsibilities:** Wash fruits, granolas, and other ingredients. Prepare açaí bases, juices, smoothies, and other menu items. Cut, slice, and store fruits and toppings. Assist with order assembly when required. Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including utensils and equipment. Monitor expiration dates and inventory of supplies. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Support counter staff in restocking products and supplies. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Cook's Assistant, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
