




**Technical Support – Service Provider** Type of opportunity: exclusively for professionals with their own companies – PJ. Model: On-site support for a 3AM IT client. Duration: Fixed term – 1 month, with possibility of extension; Business hours; Work in the vicinity of Boa Vista/RR **Responsibilities and Duties:** Provide on-site technical support for microcomputing and telecommunications; Resolve technical issues directly at clients’ locations; Availability to cover shifts whenever necessary; Install and configure devices and systems as required; Availability to cover clients during vacations, absences, or medical leave; Readiness for last-minute travel, with minimum stay of up to one week outside the home city/state. Availability for daily assignments (average of 300 km per day, subject to variation based on demand); Availability for trips OVER 300 km. **Qualifications and Requirements:** Technical Knowledge: Hardware and software/microcomputing; Basic knowledge of networks, routers, switches, APs, and telecommunications; Own vehicle (motorcycle not permitted); Availability for long-distance travel (over 300 km); Availability for last-minute travel, with minimum stay of one week away; Availability to cover vacations, absences, and medical leave; Equipment: Notebook, HD/Pendrive (32GB, 64GB and 128GB – 64GB and 128GB mandatory); Console cable; Cable tester; Cable locator; Crimping pliers; Set of keys; Smartphone with internet access and Android operating system. **Materials:** Basic repair and maintenance tools, including flat-head and Phillips screwdrivers.
