Job Description \-You will be responsible for the planning, control, and governance of the portfolio of Studies, ensuring technical rigor, predictability, and integration of activities. This role will provide direct support to coordinators and managers, consolidating routines, indicators, systems, and reports that underpin decision-making and delivery quality. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for execution, monitoring, and physical and financial planning of projects, consistently focusing on improving productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance. * Establish and ensure adherence to management routines (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly), guaranteeing consistency and discipline. * Develop, monitor, and update KPIs, traffic-light indicators, and dashboards, ensuring data quality and reliability. * Automate controls, reports, and systems to enhance efficiency, standardization, and information integration. * Work on integrated schedules, identifying risks, interfaces, and opportunities for optimization. * Prepare and consolidate executive reports, including physical-financial status, risks, interfaces, and recommendations. * Support business case analyses by contributing critical information on scope, schedule, cost, and risks. * Manage the change management lifecycle, documenting impacts and ensuring alignment among stakeholders. * Coordinate, plan, and allocate resources in the short, medium, and long term; monitor prioritization, identify training and upskilling needs, and facilitate their implementation. * Integrate studies across various technical areas, promoting clear communication, alignment, and governance. * Identify and propose continuous improvements to strengthen processes, standards, automation, and efficiency within the Studies Management team. * Promote a culture of planning, governance, and discipline in study execution. * Monitor and manage contracts of various types; track contractor claims; and oversee administration and control (in terms of schedule, cost, scope, economic-financial execution, and quality). **Qualifications \-The profile we seek for this position:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering * Postgraduate qualification in related fields * Proven experience in physical and financial planning for mining projects * Practical experience managing portfolios of studies/projects, integrated schedules, and multiple interfaces * Active CREA registration * Advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and analytical tools (Power BI) * Intermediate English proficiency * Experience automating controls, dashboards, and standardizing routines **Preferred Qualifications:** * PMP, PMI certification, or advanced PMO training **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are a company committed to turning our beliefs and values into reality.
