Job Summary: We are seeking a Generalist HR Analyst to manage HR processes including Recruitment & Selection (R&S), Personnel Department (PD), benefits administration, and systemic HR routines, with a strategic focus on talent management. Comprehensive support in Personnel Department and labor-related routines **About the Role:** We seek a Generalist Human Resources Analyst to ensure effective execution of HR processes—including Recruitment & Selection (R&S), Personnel Department, Benefits Administration, and systemic HR routines—with a strategic focus on talent management and alignment with organizational objectives. **Responsibilities:** Conduct end-to-end R&S processes. Support leaders on job openings, job descriptions, development paths, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Carry out onboarding of new employees. Organize internal endomarketing initiatives and events. Monitor performance evaluation cycles. Provide support for payroll closing. Administer employee benefits. Track vacations, terminations, homologations, and labor-related routines. Generate HR reports and monitor HR metrics. Handle audits and regulatory inspections. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. Prior experience in Human Resources. Practical experience in Personnel Department, eSocial, labor calculations, and payroll processing. Knowledge of Labor Legislation. Essential Skills: Communication, negotiation, problem-solving, organization, and empathy. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools. Proactivity and a collaborative attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
