In this opportunity, you will: * Gather requirements from customers; * Align with customers to clarify implementation steps; * Conduct mapping and gain an understanding of customer needs; * Learn implementation standards for solutions, understand business rules among involved parties, and ensure proper implementation alignment according to the project scope and Neogrid Product definition; * Provide technical support to customers during implementation and report activity status to all stakeholders; * Perform system configurations and parameterizations following the implementation process; * Monitor product implementation with customers, clarifying their questions regarding integration—whether technical or related to process flow; * Deliver training remotely and/or in person to internal teams and customers; * Engage users in using the solution; * Develop documentation, schedules, kickoff presentations, and action plans. 251206020219467393
