Job Description: * Completed undergraduate degree and postgraduate degree and/or MBA in related fields; * Relevant experience as an HRBP and/or generalist HR knowledge (minimum 4 years); * Experience working with retail, tech, and e-commerce companies will be considered a plus; * Advanced English proficiency; * Willingness to travel; * Skills in: communication, internal client and cross-functional team engagement, teamwork, flexibility, resilience, critical analysis, and focus; * Interest in working within the fashion and lifestyle segment, as well as e-commerce. * Establish partnerships with divisional leaders to support the implementation of key initiatives, providing input on HR priorities aligned with business and people strategy development; * Build relationships with managers and key stakeholders, leveraging business and HR acumen to influence at the tactical level; * Manage and co-lead HR processes within business areas, such as: performance management cycle (FIT), goal setting and implementation (OPP), climate surveys, succession planning, among others; * Serve as the primary point of contact for business areas on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment and organizational development in collaboration with HR specialist teams (Training & Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, etc.); * Monitor and manage key HR-related performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure reporting, propose improvements, and develop action plans for the business. 2512060202191907294
