Come be our PEOPLE DEPARTMENT INTERN: RESPONSIBILITIES: * Attend to and provide support to employees via internal and external communication channels; * Support HR department routines, including: maintenance and verification of electronic timekeeping records; registration and tracking of medical certificates; * Support onboarding processes for new employees; * Assist in benefits management, performing enrollments, cancellations, and organizing employee documentation; * Enter departmental invoices into the ERP system, including balance control and purchase requisitions; * Support administrative routines of the Human Resources Department, contributing to the organization and smooth operation of activities. REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; * Proficiency with computerized systems and spreadsheets (Excel or similar); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication skills and ethical conduct when interacting with employees; * Interest in learning and contributing to departmental development, acting ethically, empathetically, and collaboratively.
