





DS Beline is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to work in a generalist capacity, with a focus on Recruitment and Selection and Human and Organizational Development (HOD) initiatives. The ideal candidate for this position will have a collaborative, consultative profile and a strong desire to co-create within an expanding environment. **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (profile alignment, job posting, screening, interviews, and closing). * Support HOD initiatives, including training programs, development pathways, and capacity-building activities. * Participate in performance evaluation cycles and monitor development plans. * Contribute to Climate Surveys, employee engagement initiatives, and activities related to the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification. * Act as a people management partner to leadership teams, providing support and guidance. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in recruitment and selection processes. * Experience in HOD activities (e.g., training, development, climate, or performance management). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and systemic thinking. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with climate and engagement programs (e.g., GPTW). * Consultative experience supporting leadership teams. **What we seek in the professional** * Proactive and collaborative mindset. * Ability to build relationships and operate in a consultative manner. * Interest in growing alongside the company and contributing to the evolution of People functions.
