





Work in the maintenance reliability management process, providing support to predictive maintenance technicians (rotating, static, and thermography equipment), structuring and leading failure analysis, proposing improvements to maintenance and lubrication plans, managing online monitoring, ensuring compliance with scheduled activities, and preparing reports and action plans for maintenance-related shutdowns. **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor service order handling, machine insights, alerts, and alarms, tracking failure progression and prioritization, conducting weekly alignment meetings with the planning team to highlight critical and key items prior to delivery of the weekly plan; Support and monitor the maintenance team’s review of vibration analysis reports, oil analysis reports, ultrasonic testing reports, and thermography reports; Conduct failure analyses and develop action plans jointly with responsible personnel during process slowdowns or shutdowns; Utilize diagnostic tools; Provide technical support for maintenance and maintenance management software—including data collection, parameterization, editing, user assignment, configuration, queries, measurement analysis and evaluation, and report generation—while proposing improvements to diagnostics and prognostics; Monitor rework analyses and provide support to stakeholders; Monitor, develop, and review the sensory inspection, lubrication, and predictive maintenance program for all plant assets in accordance with strategic reliability definitions; Identify improvement opportunities for preventive and predictive maintenance plans and routes for industrial equipment and submit them to the Initial Control Specialty; Carry out activities in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, consistently focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the workplace; Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and promptly inform the immediate supervisor of any problems or damages detected. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s Degree; * Postgraduate degree preferred; * Relevant experience in the field preferred. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal Voucher; Health Insurance (Unimed); Dental Plan; Transportation Voucher; Gympass; On-site Meals; Edupass.
