HR Payroll Analyst Salary: R$ 2.756,00 Location: IGEL Embalagens (Rodoviário District, Goiânia – Near Dergo Terminal) Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Friday) Benefits: 7% Attendance Bonus Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Responsibilities: * Handle onboarding, termination, and labor-related calculations; * Perform payroll entries and verifications; * Manage electronic time tracking, banked hours, and overtime; * Administer vacations, benefits, and ancillary obligations (eSocial, FGTS, INSS, IRRF, etc.); * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and union regulations; * Support internal and external audits of the HR department; * Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters; * Develop and assist in improving personnel management processes. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields; * Proven experience in the field; * Knowledge of labor, social security, and union legislation; * Experience with payroll routines, electronic time tracking, vacation management, and terminations; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
