Handle resolution of critical cases and sensitive situations. * Lead specialist contracting, onboarding, and follow-up processes. * Support the development and expansion of specialty-specific projects in partnership with medical leadership and internal departments. **Requirements and qualifications** * Clear, empathetic, and institutional communication skills. * Organization, systemic vision, and effective priority management.
