





#### **About the position:** * Entry-level professional responsible for first-level support (L1). Focuses on logging, initial diagnosis, and resolution of common incidents and requests, following predefined procedures. Acts as the frontline of the company’s IT support. #### **Main responsibilities:** * User Support (L1): Provide first-level assistance to users via phone, chat, or ticketing system, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. * End-user support (help desk, service desk). * Corporate software support (email, Office, ERPs). * Installation and Configuration: Install and configure computers, operating systems, software (Office suite, antivirus, internal systems), and peripherals. * Account Management: Create user accounts, reset passwords, and manage basic permissions in systems such as Active Directory. * Documentation and Escalation: Document all support interactions in the ticketing tool and escalate complex issues to mid- or senior-level analysts when required. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and servers. * Basic network and server monitoring. * Incident and procedure documentation. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Networking, or Information Systems (currently enrolled candidates accepted). * Useful entry-level certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft (MTA/MCSA), Cisco CCNA (basic). #### **Desirable qualifications (differentiators):** * Knowledge of installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows desktop and laptop operating systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office) suite—including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams—for installation and supporting common user queries; * Ability to assemble, configure, and perform basic maintenance on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals; * Fundamental understanding of computer networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS; * Ability to diagnose basic connectivity issues (cabling, Wi-Fi); * Familiarity with ticketing systems for incident reporting and management. #### **Benefits:** * Amil health insurance plan, subject to enrollment; * Childcare allowance; * Eyeglass allowance; * R$ 858.00 meal voucher (Swile). #### **Work schedule and hours:** * 40 hours per week
