Join Meu Rodapé! **Responsibilities and Duties** The HR Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring efficient management of processes related to the employee lifecycle—from onboarding through offboarding—while guaranteeing compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a positive work environment focused on employee well-being and satisfaction, by executing activities including payroll and benefits administration, time tracking, document management, and support in recruitment and onboarding processes. The analyst directly contributes to achieving organizational goals by ensuring all HR management processes are carried out accurately, ethically, and within established deadlines. Key responsibilities include: * Conducting employee onboarding, collecting and verifying documents, and leading the onboarding process with HR department information; * Managing employment contract terminations, performing calculations, and preparing required documentation; * Administering electronic time tracking systems, ensuring accurate clock-ins/outs and adherence to company policies; * Managing consequences and controls related to disciplinary and performance procedures; * Monitoring compliance with collective bargaining agreements, maintaining relationships with labor unions, and ensuring compliance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT); * Tracking probationary periods for employees, monitoring progress, and formalizing completion; * Supporting employees by addressing inquiries and providing assistance regarding HR-related matters; * Organizing and maintaining employee document archives, ensuring information availability and integrity; * Collaborating with the company’s accounting department on calculations, documentation, etc. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields; * Solid experience in HR payroll processes; * Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience with labor legislation (CLT), union negotiations, and payroll calculations. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours. **On-site work.** **OUR BENEFITS:** **Meal Voucher:** To assist with your supermarket purchases.
