





**Requirements:** * High school diploma (Technical or Higher Education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable); * At least 1 to 2 years of experience in leadership roles within the grocery sector or supermarkets is desirable; * Product display techniques (merchandising); * Knowledge of store layout; * Inventory management; * Basic Office package (control spreadsheets); * Good food handling and preservation practices. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the grocery stocking and assistant team; * Ensure proper restocking of shelves and displays according to the established layout; * Monitor sector inventory, conducting periodic inventories and requesting replenishment of goods; * Track product expiration dates, quality, and preservation; * Ensure correct pricing and product presentation, adhering to promotional campaigns and internal policies; * Guide and train sector staff on service standards, productivity, and best practices; * Manage loss prevention, damaged goods, and product breakage; * Assist in organizing the department for internal and external audits; * Comply with and enforce food safety regulations and hygiene best practices; * Suggest operational improvements and sales strategies; * Substitute for the store manager when necessary, within predefined limits.
