Team Management** * Lead, train, and motivate the branch team (business managers, assistants, and cashiers). * Monitor individual and collective performance, promoting professional development. * Set goals and track achievement of objectives. ### **2. Cooperative Member Service** * Ensure high-quality, solution-oriented service to **cooperative members**. * Engage in prospecting and retaining **cooperative members**, presenting financial solutions tailored to their needs. * Maintain close, transparent relationships with **cooperative members**, contributing to their satisfaction and retention. ### **3. Product and Service Management** * Promote and sell Cresol products and services—including rural credit, credit cards, card machines, consortia, insurance, and more. * Analyze and approve credit proposals, ensuring compliance with internal policies and cooperative members’ repayment capacity. * Seek innovations and partnerships to expand the portfolio of solutions offered. ### **4. Business Development** * Identify business opportunities within the branch’s operating region, proactively acquiring new **cooperative members** and expanding the product portfolio. * Establish partnerships with local entities—such as associations and cooperatives—to reinforce Cresol’s presence in the community. ### **5. Operational and Compliance Control** * Ensure all branch operations and processes comply with regulatory standards and internal policies. * Conduct periodic audits and controls to guarantee operational security and transparency. ### **6. Results and Growth** * Monitor branch performance indicators—including profitability, delinquency rates, and growth in the **cooperative member** base. * Develop and implement strategies to improve the branch’s financial results. ### **7.
