





**Requirements:** * High school diploma (preferably pursuing a technical or higher education degree in Accounting, Administration, or HR Management); * Previous experience with personnel department routines, preferably in companies with a large number of employees; * Solid knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Proficiency in payroll and electronic time clock systems (such as RM, Senior, ADP, etc.); * Intermediate-level Office suite skills (Excel, Word); * Practical knowledge of eSocial and recent legal updates is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform payroll data entry and verification, including overtime, night shift allowances, hazardous duty pay, and DSR; * Monitor and validate electronic time records and hour banks, considering rotating shifts, work schedules, and rotating days off; * Track and record medical leaves, absences, licenses, and medical certificates, working in coordination with the HR and SESMT departments; * Support labor and tax audit processes by organizing documentation and reports; * Provide employee support in answering questions regarding payslips, benefits, terminations, and other payroll-related matters.
