Here, every project presents a new challenge and a genuine chance for development. **Responsibilities** Guide and supervise in-house and subcontracted teams on construction sites; Assist in organizing the construction site, marking out the site, building, and finishing work; Ensure proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), in accordance with safety regulations; Monitor and report service progress to supervisors; Validate deliverables, ensuring compliance with the company's quality standards; Review and discuss projects with the Construction Supervisor or Engineer; Plan and request materials and equipment from the warehouse; Control production and ensure adherence to deadlines; Monitor measurements for subcontracted contracts; Support the engineer in developing action plans and schedules; Act as on-site leadership, guiding and developing the team; Ensure compliance with safety and quality norms, procedures, and requirements. Boa Vista \- Roraima Monday to Friday, during business hours with a 1h30 lunch break, totaling 44 weekly hours \+ overtime **Requirements** Completed high school education; Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a similar role; **Preferred Qualification** Experience with the Concrete Wall construction system.
