You will map and formalize project stakeholders’ expectations and break down and monitor all necessary actions/tasks across project workstreams to achieve expected objectives, serving involved areas (stakeholders), motivating and guiding responsible parties to fulfill their commitments—thus ensuring proper execution of corporate strategy. Responsible for expanding and strengthening Aviva’s Project Management System (Project Management Culture), guaranteeing methodology application, training, and development of tools and initiatives aimed at supporting and controlling corporate improvement. You must fully comply with the methodology defined by the area for appropriate management of projects under your responsibility (e.g., full scope breakdown, stakeholder registration, project tool management, monitoring, formalizations, communication, reporting, status presentations, assessments, etc.). Responsible for preparing and updating all project documentation and artifacts: Project Charter (PC), scope, WBS, schedule, meeting minutes, formal documents, presentations, Project Closure Report (PCR), among others. Responsible for methodological support and consultation, acting as a “consultant” to project leadership seeking guidance from the Corporate PMO, ensuring proper application of Aviva’s established project management practices.
