**Job Description:** We are seeking a Procurement Analyst with experience in domestic procurement and importation, strategic vision, strong negotiation skills, and results orientation. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient procurement processes—balancing quality, cost, and delivery timelines—while contributing to strengthening relationships with domestic and international suppliers. Responsibilities and Duties: • Receive, analyze, and manage domestic and international purchase requisitions. • Conduct quotations, negotiations, and place orders, considering quality, price, delivery lead time, and payment terms. • Monitor procurement activities, reduce costs, and analyze import-related data—including tariffs, expenses, and comparative analyses. • Qualify and develop new suppliers, consistently pursuing optimal cost-benefit ratios and quality standards. • Prepare procurement performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Manage procurement of consumables, office supplies, building maintenance materials, and imported items. • Support administrative tasks related to the procurement area as required by leadership. **Requirements:** Education and Qualifications: • Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in International Trade or Business Administration. • Additional courses in Procurement, Warehousing, Negotiation, Taxation, or Importation are advantageous. • Proven experience handling import processes. • Intermediate English proficiency is an advantage (reading, writing, and communication with suppliers). • Experience with procurement systems and ERP platforms is an advantage.
