This is your chance to join our team at SUBSTRACTUM TECNOLOGIA LTDA. **Responsibilities:** * Create user profiles and accounts: Create and manage user profiles and accounts in the SAP system, ensuring permissions align with assigned roles. * Perform data dumps: Execute backups and export essential system data, ensuring information integrity and availability. * Resolve SAP errors: Diagnose and resolve system issues using appropriate tools to efficiently identify and correct errors. * Receive and analyze requests: Handle system-related requests, ensuring all are thoroughly analyzed. * Open and track service tickets: Log and monitor service tickets, with special attention to two types. * Manage documentation: Maintain spreadsheets and documentation related to server locations, ensuring information remains up-to-date and accessible. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any IT-related field; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity and interest in working in a collaborative environment. **Work Model: REMOTE** **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Knowledge of Power BI; * Basic understanding of Financial Mathematics.
