We are seeking a **Budget Analyst II** to join the Finance Business Partner team, with a focus on the VP of Technology and Data. This role aims to support financial planning, budgetary control, and performance analysis, contributing to strategic decision-making within the area. **Responsibilities and duties** * Support the development and monitoring of the VP of Technology and Data’s budget. * Conduct financial and performance analyses, identifying variances and opportunities for improvement. * Participate in the forecasting process and periodic budget reviews. * Support the validation of business cases and economic feasibility studies. * Collaborate with partner areas to gather information and align assumptions. * Develop and maintain management dashboards and reports to support decision-making. * Ensure the accuracy of financial information and adherence to established deadlines. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. * Proficiency in Advanced Excel. * Prior experience in budgeting or financial planning. * ERP Oracle knowledge is desirable. * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, etc.). **Additional information** **Internal candidates’ application deadline is December 17** **Work format: Hybrid** **Work location: POA\- RS** What excites you?
