**Key Responsibilities:** --------------------------- * Support implementation and management processes for security systems, including CCTV and related systems. * Ensure safety and proper operation of all physical areas. * Support the development and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Support contracts with facilities service providers. * Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and current regulations. * Participate in facility improvement and expansion projects. * Support the acquisition of permits and licenses (e.g., Fire Department, Operating License, Environmental License, and others). * Administrative processes and activities. * Investment control. * Collection of indices and data from facilities areas. * Support structuring openings, transfers, and closures of units. * Monitoring of supplier payment contracts for facilities areas, with interface to Legal. **Mandatory Requirements:** ---------------------------- * Prior experience in facilities management or related areas. * Knowledge of applicable safety standards and regulations. * Planning and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Academic degree in Business Administration. * Proficiency in process management and control tools. * Weekly working hours: 44. **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** ---------------------------------------- * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies. * Knowledge of facilities contracts and performance indicators. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience in operational process improvement and optimization projects. * Microsoft Office Suite
