How about being part of this energy? \#JoinMoura! . **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties: ***Your daily routine at Moura:*** * Prepare management reports; issue and consolidate salary adjustment proposals; and implement approved proposals into the system; * Tabulate data for salary surveys; * Analyze the feasibility of salary movement requests, as well as periodic movement processes; * Conduct impact studies related to collective bargaining agreements, supporting the Labor Relations area; * Update the Salary Table in the system and apply adjustments as defined in Collective Agreements. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications: ***What are we looking for?*** ***Education:*** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, or Economics. ***Knowledge:*** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel; * Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps; * Experience with Oracle HCM and ADP systems (preferred).
