With a technical profile and business orientation, this role contributes to transforming data into relevant insights, ensuring deliverables align with the organization’s operational and strategic needs. * Contribute to the development of Power BI dashboards, ensuring clarity, usability, and alignment with business KPIs. * Support the creation and maintenance of SQL queries used for data modeling and extraction of information relevant to commercial analysis. * Translate business requirements into medium-complexity analytical solutions, with technical support and guidance from senior team members. * Perform testing and validation of data and visualizations to ensure consistency and reliability of delivered information. * Clearly document developed processes and solutions to ensure traceability and reusability. * Identify and propose improvements to dashboards, data extraction processes, and visualizations—focused on agility and business value. * Collaborate with senior analysts and coordinators to ensure deliverables meet technical standards and the strategic objectives of the BI team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Data Science (Computer Engineering, Information Systems) * **Desired Experience**: Experience in Business Intelligence projects and development using SQL and Power BI. * **Technical Skills**: Intermediate SQL, Power BI (DAX, Power Query), Advanced Excel. * **Languages**: Technical English (desirable), Intermediate Spanish (desirable) **Additional Benefits** * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Health insurance; * Dental plan (optional enrollment per employee preference); * Group life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Employee purchase program at current price list rates; * Pharmacy benefit: payroll-credited credit; * Credit cooperative; * School kit: provided at the beginning of the academic year for dependents; * Birthday kit; * Christmas kit; * Toy allowance: provided in October for dependents; * Transportation allowance.
