If you enjoy understanding real-world problems, transforming needs into solutions, and supporting the entire product and system development lifecycle, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with business units. * Map processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose efficient solutions. * Develop user stories, workflows, diagrams, use cases, and acceptance criteria. * Act as a bridge between business units, technical teams, and external vendors. * Support internal and external squads, ensuring alignment and clarity of requirements. * Facilitate ceremonies and meetings for alignment, refinement, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT). * Monitor deliveries to ensure quality, adherence to deadlines, and alignment with strategic planning. * Conduct functional testing, support implementations, and validate functionalities. * Monitor performance indicators for deliveries and outcomes of implemented solutions. * Provide functional support for internal systems, ensuring continuous evolution. * Apply an analytical, data-driven mindset to support decision-making. **Requirements:** * Experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst. * Proficiency in process analysis tools and methodologies (BPMN, flowcharts, AS-IS/TO-BE). * Experience in requirements gathering and writing user stories. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. * Analytical, logical, and value-oriented profile. * Knowledge of SQL. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with SAP B1, CRM, e-commerce, integrations (API), or B2B products. * Experience with SaaS products. * Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Zoho Analytics). * Experience with automation tools (N8N) and ETL tools.
