The role involves defining clear and measurable communication objectives, mapping target audiences, creating key messages, selecting channels and tactics, and monitoring results. At FSB Holding, your excellence builds our reputation—and vice versa. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Conduct strategic analyses of internal and external environments, identifying communication challenges, opportunities, and needs. * Establish clear, specific, and measurable communication objectives aligned with business goals. * Map target audiences and understand their needs, behaviors, and customer journeys. * Create consistent and positioning-appropriate key messages. * Define channels, tactics, timelines, and KPIs, while continuously monitoring results. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in strategic communication planning with a broad strategic perspective. * Knowledge of or experience applying **Design Thinking**. * Critical analytical ability and systemic vision to connect audience, context, and communication. * Familiarity with data tools and sources such as: **TGI,** **The Public,** **Google Surveys / Google Consumer Surveys,** **Comscore,** **Stillingue,** **Google Workspace,** and **MidiaJornal.** * Experience with planning methodologies, behavioral analysis, metric interpretation, and insights generation is desirable. * English proficiency for reading and writing (desirable) **Location and Work Model:** São Paulo – Vila Madalena | Hybrid model (2 days/week in the office). **Willingness to Travel:** No. **English Proficiency:** Desirable. **This position is also open to candidates with disabilities (PCD).** **Fluig ID:** 855758
