





**ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST** São Carlos, SP **Main Responsibilities** * Issuing sales invoices, return invoices, and bank bills; * Verifying delivery manifests; * Managing and monitoring accounts receivable; * Controlling fuel supply and maintenance of the company’s vehicle fleet; * Supporting the HR department with: * Recording employee attendance; * Managing and distributing uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE); * Organizing onboarding documentation and mandatory records. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields preferred); * Prior experience in administrative and/or financial routines; * Familiarity with invoice issuance and ERP systems; * Proficiency in spreadsheets and document organization; * Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed profile. ⸻ Employment type: Permanent CLT contract * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
