




**Requirements:** * High school diploma (technical course in Baking, Gastronomy or related fields is desirable). * Proven experience in bakery operations within supermarkets or large-scale food retail. * Experience in leading operational teams. **Technical Knowledge:** * Artisanal and industrial baking processes. * Good manufacturing practices for food handling (GMP). * Inventory management and production control. * Product display techniques and customer service. * Basic computer skills (basic Excel and store management systems). **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the daily production of breads, cakes, savory items, and other baked goods, ensuring quality and freshness standards. * Plan work schedules for bakers, assistants, and bakery attendants. * Monitor raw material inventory, place orders, and oversee incoming goods. * Ensure proper product presentation in sales areas, maintaining supermarket layout and marketing strategies. * Monitor sales indicators, losses, productivity, and waste, proposing corrective actions. * Track product expiration dates and ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and good manufacturing practice regulations. * Train and develop team members to provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service. * Support store management in promotional activities and seasonal campaigns. * Prepare bakery section management reports when requested.
