Organize the warehouse with focus on safety and criticality **Position: Warehouse Clerk** **Position Mission:** Ensure control, organization, and availability of materials, parts, and supplies used in industrial operations, guaranteeing inventory accuracy, process compliance, and efficient support to production and maintenance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store parts and materials according to invoices and purchase orders. * Perform visual inspection of heavy parts and mining-related components, verifying physical integrity and technical specifications. * Control material inflows and outflows in management system (ERP). * Organize the warehouse according to criteria of safety, weight, turnover rate, and criticality. * Fulfill internal requisitions from production, maintenance, and other departments. * Support periodic and general inventory counts, ensuring inventory accuracy. * Monitor minimum stock levels and communicate replenishment needs. * Ensure proper material preservation and compliance with safety regulations (especially for handling heavy loads). **Desirable Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in industrial warehousing, preferably in metallurgical or mining sectors. * Knowledge of inventory control and ERP systems. * Basic understanding of logistics, storage, and material handling. * Forklift operator or material handling equipment training preferred. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and operational discipline. * Attention to detail. * Responsibility and sense of urgency. * Teamwork. * Safety focus.
