Job Summary:
A professional responsible for monitoring and handling warranty processes, tracking payments, and performing preliminary technical and procedural analyses.

1. Monitoring and handling of warranty processes
2. Tracking warranty payments with the factory
3. Technical and procedural warranty analysis
* Monitor the report of open Service Orders, updating justifications in Sismônaco;
* Monitor delivery of warranty replacement parts shipments;
* Monitor and correct physical vs. fiscal discrepancies in warranty replacement parts shipments;
* Monitor freight reimbursement requests for parts sent to the factory;
* Track warranty process payments with the factory (CR);
* Monitor reversals and deadlines for reconsideration;
* Handle warranty matters via the factory’s portal.
* Archive processes for future audits;
* Submit service orders to the Warranty Center through the system;
* Perform preliminary technical and procedural eligibility analysis for warranties, ensuring processes are ready for submission to the Warranty Center;
* Request parts required for repairs covered under warranty;
* Monitor and respond to feedback from the Warranty Center.
Requirements:
Education: Completed High School
Required Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate Excel skills, and basic knowledge of mechanics and dealership processes.
Desirable: VW Warranty Manual, familiarity with procedures, Apollo system, warranty knowledge, electronic parts catalog, and standard labor time table.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (business hours).
